The sound sometimes has remnants of blues guitar, yet it isn't really blues. Alexi Murdoch has a way of harmonizing on his guitar that really grabs me. It's not the music genre I would normally listen to, but it has a certain sound and feel to it that I find very appealling and relaxing. I read other reviews about it, decided to go for it. His song "Through the Dark" can be heard during the end credits of Gone Baby Gone.Like others, most likely, I first heard the song "Breathe" on an episode of Stargate Universe, loved it, went on an internet search, and found this cd. The song "Home" was featured on a Season 2 episode of Prison Break. Another song of the album, "All My Days", was featured in a Season 4 episode of The OC and in Season 4 of Grey's Anatomy. More recently, the song was featured on a Season 1 episode of Dirty Sexy Money.
